Warranty & Repair Policy Warranty
Interacoustics USA warranties all new instruments for a period of
one year to be free of defects due to workmanship under normal use.
Used instruments will have a 6-month limited warranty. Warranty
covers parts, labor and shipping from Interacoustics USA.
Repair rates
Out-of-warranty repairs performed by Interacoustics USA will be
charged at the labor rate of $150 per hour (Pricing subject to change.),
billed in ½ hour increments, plus the cost of any replacement
parts.
All repairs performed by Interacoustics USA will be covered under
a service warranty for 90 days from the date of repair. Out-of-warranty
repairs performed by the local Interacoustics sales and service
representative are excluded from the 90-day service warranty described
above. Customers are advised to determine the availability of service
contracts and/or warranties provided by the local representative.
