Portable and with a high test speed, the AT235h is designed for both screening and diagnostic use. It has a complete battery of impedance tests including ipsilateral and contralateral reflex decay. Two programmable test protocols for automatic reflex threshold testing are included, plus two tests of Eustachian tube function (for intact and perforated TM) and a Children’s Train function. A USB connection allows data transfer to a PC (appropriate software required).

 
High frequency tympanometry
In addition to 226Hz, the high frequency probe allows tympanometry at 678Hz, 800Hz and 1000Hz.

Manual pump function
In addition to automatic mode, the AT235h includes a manual pump function for use in tympanometry.

Two probe system
The AT235h has a unique interchangeable probe system that allows easy conversion from a clinical style probe to a pencil probe for screening.

 
The AT235h automatically recognizes the change and adjusts to the appropriate calibration values.

Printouts and storage
Test results can be printed on the built in thermal printer or sent to a PC and stored in NOAH or OtoAccess™

Additional features
The AT235h can function as a pure tone (AC only) screening audiometer.
A hard walled light-weight case is available for carrying the unit and accessories.
